Thankfully, Dr. Greg J. Dixon is now home from a five day stay in the Viera Hospital in Rockledge, Florida after five days of much discomfort and the loss of about ten pounds which he really couldn’t afford to lose. The official diagnosis was, “viral gastrointestinitis.” He and his family wish to give thanks to all who prayed for him.
His testimony is: “I give all Glory to my wonderful Lord and to His Praise that He has allowed me to continue to serve Him for all of these more than sixty years in the ministry. “I am Looking forward to attending the Summer Unregistered Baptist Fellowship Meeting at the Fairland Baptist Temple, Fairland, Indiana, Aug. 15-16 – Bro. Tom Chestnut, Host Pastor and the 32nd National UBF Meeting Oct. 17-19, at the Victory Baptist Church in Paducah, KY – Homer Fletcher – Host Pastor.
My Biblical promise for the rest of my life as I have just passed my eighty-fourth birthday.
‘O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.
18 Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to everyone that is to come.’ (Psa 71:17-18).
He also wants to give special thanks to His doctors and all of the excellent nursing staff at the Viera Hospital who went far beyond the call of duty to tend to his care.
